I am recommending HIDmacros for my Universal HID Keyboard which translates ANY switch or rotary encoder to individual keystrokes. Thanks to HIDmacros it can be used independently from the main PC's keyboard. I have not tested LuaMacros yet, but if it works the same it could be much more versatile. As I am developping USB devices I would like to see a generic HID interface in LuaMacros. As it is a long time ago when I programmed in Pascal I feel insecure in doing it myself. Maybe there is somebody in the community ... ?
