can someone anyone for the love of god help me get my script to auto run on pc start up

i don't understand what a -r parameter is or an -r switch. i seriously have no idea how to do this i don't want to press the blue play button every time i login please please send a sample code ive been at this for a week with no luck

Make your script, save it under c:\prog\luamacros\mine.lua
open windows explorer, point it to: c:\prog\luamacros\
open another windows explorer, point it to c:\Users\YOURUSER\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\LuaMacros.lnk
right click c:\prog\luamacros\mine.lua, drag it to the other windows explorer, release and choose create shortcut.
This should work.
