How do can i send a key combo

How can be this controlled in that simulator? Can HIDmacros be used with this application?

Hello, i want to know how can i send a key combo (for example "Left CTRL + Left ALT" or "FN + INS").

Search this forum for lmc_send_input (if you mean luamacros, not possible in hidmacros).
