General Number key and Keypad Numkey

Hello
In many game they are differently recognized between Number key on main part and on Keypad.
However, in HID macros both are recognized as same for activation.
Is there anyway to solve this problem?
It is highly required to be distinguished between general Number key and Keypad number key in many flight simulator
