POV/Axis does not recognize

I am having a problem with two coltrollers that HID wo't recognize.
My joystick has two directional buttons (up, down, left, right) and the other one has a joystick that can also be twisted.
HID will recognize all buttons, but not the joystick or the directional buttons. Any idea how i can have it register those?
They work well in-game, and in the windows settings.
I am using HID Macros 2.3.0.710
