I'm making a custom auxiliary keyboard for use with Firebywire Designer (we are a firework company)
It requires us to laboriously input text for angles repeatedly as text (eg 'LEFT 20deg')
Firstly on Windows 10 I cannot get HIDmacros 2.0 to run but get an error message saying "exception EOIeSystemError in module HIDMacros.exe at 0007D291. Error accessing the OLE registry"
HIDMacros 1.1 seems to run fine and macros work in every program I've tried (notepad, word, excel, outlook, search bar) however when inputting text into the Designer software it simply inputs the actual key pressed on the macro keyboard not the macro text as intended?
is this a program issue as I suspect and would 2.0 or LuaMacros have a better chance of working?
Many Thanks
Macros seem to work but for the program I intended it for!

Start it as administrator - for the first time is enough, then you can run it as regular user.
