FSX and No Smoking + Seatbelt signs

Hi and greetings from very warm Finland.
I must be stupid but I think that my problem is even more stupid than I am.
My question is about No Smoking and Seatbelt signs in FSX. I have tried to program a key for both of them, but still they don't work in FSX. What I did was that I used this FSXEvent combo list, but through that it doesn't work.
Can anyone help me in my problem.
