Want to use same button for two actions

Im currently using HID Macros to create a poor stream deck, but I cant manage to use one key for two commands, I want to open a file when I press (F13) and I want to open another file when I press (shift + F13), how can I do that? Ooooh and I dont know anything about programming scripts inside HID Macros

Then you can't (without scripting)
