I think this may be because I run Visual Studio as an Administrator - and Luamacros under a regular user account.
I haven't had a chance to test this hypothesis yet, will when I get to it.

Visual Studio 2017 Community - ignoring luamacros
Hi I've got Luamacros working well - for example in Sublime Text. As a test I've remapped the z key to enter - and it works in Sublime Text. When I switch to Visual Studio 2017, it just types keys on the second keyboard as if luamacros wasn't running at all. This is the only application this happens...
